About Naloco

It was created from the first two letters of each of the founder’s names. Nadine says:

“I bought the Naloco domain name late one evening and didn’t mention it to anyone. Three days later, my Daughter was working on an English project and researching the confectionary Haribo. She applied the same naming formula and said ‘Mummy this is what you should call your business…’ and wrote NALOCO. When I told her I’d already bought the web address she almost fell off her chair! It was meant to be.

“In some languages ‘loco’ means crazy and I totally own that, bringing a little crazy, creative energy
to each project is something that propels me to elevate the outcomes for every client. This shouldn’t be misunderstood though, I take my work and clients’ objectives very seriously indeed.”

The Founder:

I bring over 25 years of Marketing, PR and Event Management experience to what I do in order to drive effective marketing solutions.

Being brought up in a social environment, as part of community groups and sports teams, helped my emotional intelligence develop well from a young age. I am confident in my high level of EQ. Drawing on this makes me more able to understand a customer base or audience and tailor marketing strategy and content to appeal to exactly what they are looking for, even if they don’t know it yet!

One of my first media pairings in this industry was back in late 90’s, a time when social media didn’t exist and print media, radio and TV outlets were the main sources of news. I was working on behalf of the Notting Hill Carnival Trust and managed to clamber aboard the Rizla float and negotiate a spot for the MTV cameras to shoot from. From that moment, I was hooked on marketing and, more precisely, how partnership working and great communication can help reach stakeholders.

Having worked in an array of industries; sports, arts, property, horticulture, education and local government, I have honed my skills and developed tools that power results and business growth.

I enjoy learning about new businesses, finding out what driving forces sit behind them on their quests for success. It is an honour to play my part in collaborations that deliver valuable engagement and increase reach. I would dearly like to hear more about your organisation. Let’s talk!
